Summary 0007395: Floor and wall tiles identical on D:13, reloading resolves (?)
Description I ran into an issue where the floor and wall tiles were identical on D:13, made a save to post a bug report, but now when loading the save the issue seems resolved. In the case that the save file will provide any help I'll post it anyway, but I'm not sure it'll reproduce the error.

The erroneous tile in question was the "wall of green crystal" tile being used as a floor tile.

This is a mixture of two bugs:

* 6150: recurring problems with the crystal cavern; I kind of wonder if it wouldn't be wiser to throw the towel and drop support for redefining tiles from layouts. Or perhaps, drop that support and have a better way of setting level-global defaults for stone, metal and crystal.

* tile flavour being lost on save+reload; this is most visible in Pan but actually happens on all levels

Seems to be the same as 0008108, which was resolved.
