Summary 0011730: Sprint 0000003 Jiyva penance crash
Description Went Felid Fire Elementalist of Vehumet on The Ten Rune Challenge sprint, abandoned Vehumet to join Jiyva. The 4 sleeping Azure slimes above the slime pit rune area were hostile to me so I killed them, which put me on penance. Shortly after, the game crashed saying "Invalid Monster Type 1000"

Also, when I entered The Ten Rune Challenge again to see if my save was still there, I was surprised to see that my character file was saved (powerful spells, high level, Jiyva) but I had spawned at the blink frog swamp area and all the mobs were respawned to their original locations as if the map was reset. Also I had reverted to the "prized avatar of Jiyva" status. I went back to the 4 azure slime area and repeated the penance but died shortly after without crashing.

Also the rate at which Jiyva bestowed mutations were inconveniently quick in the sprint.

 The game periodically saves (in a normal game this occurs every time you enter a new floor, obviously in sprint it occurs at different times), so that if the game crashes, you go back to that save point and are simply reverted a short distance and time from where you crashed. That explains why you thought the "map was reset".

 Map was reset, but character was not. So it was like an incredibly powerful high level character playing with new fresh instance of the map.

 All the mobs were respawned to their original locations.
