Summary 0004339: Tiles version crashes when returning to main menu after death/quit
Description Occurs in 0.8.1 as well as current trunk:

After approximately 30 times of returning to the startup menu after dying/quitting, the games crashes:

ASSERT(colour->type < 128) in 'colour.cc' at line 281 failed.

There's a couple problems with Lua colours:
* they get saved as enums, yet have no stable values
* they get added from a global vault prelude, called multiple times

I ripped away the possibility to have Lua colours with no enum at all. Just define one when needed, it's not such a big chore.

Crash and save incompatibility fixed.
