Henzell says...
  1. A four charge {xp evoker} that fires a thunderbolt like a regular beam, then when evoked again fires lightning in the space between the first and second beams. Does not multizap. Does more damage the less spread there is. Accuracy on all but the first shot is absurdly high.
  2. Prior to 0.20, was merely one {rod} among many.
