To make the most perfect oven pork roast, you must first brown your meat!

  1. Procure a 2 pound pork roast
  2. Throw in a skillet with butter, and brown all sides.
  3. Season with with garlic salt and sage.
  4. Transfer pork to covered baking dish or pan, add 1/4 cup water.
  5. Bake @ 325F for 2.5hrs and enjoy the most succulent juicy meat you have ever tasted!

Sorry to my herbivore friends, I guess you could try this with a banana??
