All of them are incorrectly used memes, or at least the meme (image macros, whatever) ones. Not sure what the "sex/no" one qualifies as, but hey. Top is overly attached girlfriend, who should be saying something crazy/excessively demanding, but is instead making a reasonable request. Sex/no is probably just mocking immature guys on the internet in general, confession bear is not actually making a confession, but an opinion which is likely to be popular. I'm not entirely familiar with the ramsey meme, but I assume it's angry yelling at someone, and not about the pain of wedging your penis into places it doesn't belong.

They're all likely intentional, and meant to be funny because they're wrong/ironic/just plain stupid.
