I don't see any reason why having a dead snake also turn back into an arrow wouldn't solve this problem. If every snake turns back into an arrow, why have the arrow cost at all? As long as you had enough arrows in your inventory to maintain the maximum number of snakes at a time and no snakes died ...

Decided to change things up and go with a shield this time. I got lucky with a lot of my items so I had to go for 15 runes. I almost gave up on the tomb. Fuck that place. I was on less than 20% hp the entire time I was in there and had to recharge a fuck ton.
