Where did this happen? Is the game still ongoing, or is there a morgue file yet? (If not, please make sure your death dump has vaults appended to before you die/win.)

It was somewhere in the early dungeon...probably one of D5, D6, D7.
The game is still ongoing. I added
"dump_order += vaults" to my rc file, hopefully that will work properly.

 You climb downwards.
 Item 5 gold pieces buggily placed in feature  at (40, 20).

johnnyzero's is from `layout_roguey [special_room_orc]`; what appears to have happened is that gold from `special_room_orc` got put in a door that I think comes from the layout code. This lua is a bit above my vault debugging capabilities though.
