Description

Character hints at game start — brief race/class messages introducing their starting kit (and reminding about the more important racial traits)

Temporarily reword for querycrash bug
Actually display the stuff
Race/class hints for game start messaging purposes

Known issues: Database query for both race and class ends with a blank line. Has been circumvented in a somewhat ugly way so there's only one instead of two.
Also apparently some specific messages would not display at all (see last commit for an example).
Lacks better or more serious content for some races and classes.

Due to the way past patches have been handled by the devteam, I will not maintain these submissions. That boils down to:
Feel free to use whatever you'd like to, edit and expand on the other stuff, reject and discard the rest. I am unable to fix the remaining issues myself.
