0008136: List guaranteed Hell/Pan/Abyss entries in "Branches" section on Ctrl-O dungeon overview

Description

Right now there are guaranteed portals to the following branches:
- to Hell on U:2
- to Pan on U:3
- to Abyss on U:4

They are all listed in the "Portals" section on Ctrl-O together with actually single-use branches such as portals, implying they can only be used once.
Instead, and because there are guaranteed fixed locations, it'd be nice to remove this kind of spoiler and just display Hell, Pan and Abyss under "Branches."

The question how crowded this becomes with further entries could be avoided by still listing all other portals under "Portals", but that probably could be done better too. Ideas welcome!
