Summary

0007893: Fedhas' Growth ability has faulty targeting near shallow water

Description

While using the Growth ability to create plants while adjacent to a shallow water square, the targeting screen (which asks how many plants to create) showed 1-4, with the numbers on the four adjacent, empty dry land tiles. I pressed 4, and one of the plants grew on the shallow water tile, which wasn't even highlighted as a valid tile for a plant.
