Save with the bug. In fact I have a permanent ogre mage in this save.

Hm. I can't reproduce this but it's definitely the case in your save. Two things interesting about these monsters: they both have Haste Other, and they both come with a band. I also wonder if your worshipping TSO might have something to do with it.

MarvinPA has been looking at this, he thinks it is somehow caused when I get an evil spellset from shadow creatures under TSO and the summon gets re-rolled.
