hell.des: Hell entry vaults and Vestuble of Hell
dis.des: Dis vaults and branch ends
geh.des: Gehenna vaults and branch ends
coc.des: Cocytus vaults and branch ends
tar.des: Tartarus vaults and branch ends
Vaults that appear in more than one branch of hell appear in the first appropriate file (they were already sorted this way in hells.des).
The Serpent of Hell generation code is in all 4 branches. I tried putting it in hell.des as a subvault, but it turned out that about half of the places it appears need something else done to that cell (e.g. KFEAT: D = deep_water), so it was impractical.
I also changed the depth lines that included all depths except the bottom level using magic numbers (e.g. DEPTH: Geh:1-6) to use a formula (e.g. DEPTH: Geh, !Geh:$).
