Summary 0006869: Spectator joining changes displayed messages in WebTiles
Description When a spectator joins in WebTiles the new turn marker (_) disappears for the player. The spectator can see it fine.

Additionally if the message area isn't full (just started), after the spectator joins older messages are scrolled in to the view.

 The player's view shouldn't change anymore, since the full update is not sent. But the joining spectator still gets these minor issues.

Edit: Well my patch was faulty, so it's back to the orginal state.
