Summary 0006577: Randart equipment and tile edits
Description I've added a zombie ogre and giant tile so the two can be differentiated, corrected several tiles that had double-black-outlines because the auto-outliner read them incorrectly, and added a number of randart tiles for various pieces of equipment.

Additionally I tweaked dire flails and spiked flails -- it was originally difficult to tell which was meant to be two-handed and which was meant to be one-handed at a glance.

I was disconnected while I tried to add a note to this yesterday;

left to right, top to bottom...
file 1: crocodile, apocalypse crab, jelly, mennas
emperor scorpion, ogre zombie, giant zombie

file2: randarts of ringmail, scale mail, chainmail, splintmail, platemail, ring of the mage (I tweaked the "glowing" effect a little bit after it showed up in a recent game), quarterstaff;
short sword, glaive, lajatang, trident, halberd, bow, scimitar;
longsword, falchion, spear, mace, flail, hammer, handaxe.

Several of these are just recolors of randart tiles currently in the game. The originals were the same color as non-randart ego'd equipment.

Just noticed the hammer randart tile and the spear randart tile (both on the bottom row of randarts.png) don't appear to be in, unless you don't want those ones.

I accidentally missed a line for the spear, so I fixed that. As for the hammer, it's a totally different shape from other hammers, so I'm holding onto it for now - maybe it could be a fixedart or get used for warhammers if those ever become a thing.
