0004894: Forge Dwarf

Description

The species proposal "Forge Dwarf" is fully coded and ready for play-testing. It is available via git:

The concept behind the Forge Dwarf was originally to recreate the "Heavy armour offensive-caster," "Evoker," and "Crossbow-user" niches that were originally filled by Mountain Dwarves. Initial testing shows that it succeeds at those roles. Eventually, the ability to reforge weapons and armour was added.

Lore-wise, Forge Dwarves are legendary artificers and craftsmen. They prefer creating fine weapons and armour more than using them in combat. They are poor general spellcasters, but they have a strong affinity for the elements related to forging (earth and fire).
