Summary 0004582: zotdef: Repeat alters are not much fun
Description It's pretty annoying the way you tend to get a lot of repeat altars in Zot Defence before you get the one you want; often, I almost run out of floorspace trying to get an altar to a particular god.

I suggest either making repeat altars less likely, or at least allowing existing altars to be re-rolled so more floor space is left for praying on. Or, heck, allow the user to visit the Ecumenical Temple (while somehow preventing monsters from using this time to desecrate the orb) after reaching a particular level! (Of course, there'd also be potential for abuse here...)

Easiest ways would be:
1. ask which altar to make (and increase cost)
2. don't pick altars that already exist

Okay, I've decided to go with #1 and raise the price to 50 ZP. I basically stole wizard_get_religion() and adapted it to do both jobs; it could obviously use a better UI ;-), but it seems to work well enough.
