0004555: Potions of Experience failed in mastering skills

Description

Was in a zig, quaffed a potion of experience with a manual of armour active and armour at 26 (and 85%), put the experience to armour and spellcasting, had the armour area go yellow and then fail to master the skill (although my spellcasting did go up a level!)
Trying out level 26 to 27 skills in wizmode with this same area seems to have a generally annoying and difficult to use interface in general, as "putting exactly the amount of experience required for skill mastery" seems to be beyond the potion of experience's interface.

I drew the experience card and my currently selected skill would have been mastered. I tried to unselect this skill, but then was not able to select a different skill. Anytime I attempted to select another skill I was instead shown that skill's description. I pressed '?', but this exited the skill UI without having any experience applied to any skill.

(0015721) KiloByte (manager) 2011-11-05 08:55	I guess that at the moment the skill menu thinks the skill is already maxed. It needs to check the real value rather than the simulated one.
