0004304: Stepped on a teleport trap, got placed in a 1x1 room surrounded by walls.

Description

No secret doors. It was on D:2, which was one of those levels with a grid-like series of rectangular rooms connected by short hallways.

Win XP Pro 32 bit, in case that matters at all.
