Summary 0002473: Stack five caused crash
Description I was trying to stack a deck and got this error

ASSERT(index <= vector.size()) in 'store.cc' at line 1692 failed.

I am running Ubuntu 8.04. I was trying to stack a deck of wonders I drew one card from previously.

The issue here seems to be that the deck is in inconsistent state in the middle of deck_stack() where a --more-- prompt occurs while the tiles interface tries to describe it through the InventoryRegion at that point.

To fix, deck_stack() should probably make sure to leave the deck in a non-crashing state at all times.

I can't actually reproduce this, but I've reordered things a bit. Leaving things in a consistent state for 0002722 should also fix this issue.
