Snake mimic vault, clouds are miasma. I believe the friendly demon attacked on its own, though the mimic might've been caught in the cloud first. I don't think these messages are from the same turn as the "screenshot," but they show that the mimic doesn't identify as such:

Your smoke demon gestures at the scythe.
_The scythe is smitten.

Also, you can command allies to attack undetected mimics, and they act like it's any other monster, The things seem to see right through them.

(0005456) OG17 (reporter) 2010-06-08 13:44	Well, I swear that worked in the input field. Basically, I'm outside the vault, demon's behind me, and the door's blocked by miasma. Neither of us stepped inside.
