Summary 0012449: Cigotuvi's Monster is not listed in the Vanquished Creatures section of the morgue
Description I remember completing the Wizlab Cigotuvi's Fleshworks and killing the Cigotuvi's Monster, which was for me a memorable moment due to its rarity.

Now I cannot find it in the list of vanquished monsters or anywhere in the morgue file.

 This happens because the name 'Cigotuvi's Monster' is only defined in the vault itself, and the actual monster is something else (mutagenic primal ox-sting-weird mutant beast):

KMONS: & = col:mutagenic primal ox-sting-weird mutant beast \
                name:Cigotuvi's_Monster name_replace tile:mons_cigotuvis_monster

The corresponding entry from your morgue is:

A mutant beast (WizLab)

 Oh ok. IN that case it IS listed in my morgue :)

Since my question is answered, feel free to close this issue. Or keep it open for improvement.

 The two related issues were resolved. Fixing this will require some changes to kills.cc and kill_monster_desc that are rather involved for the payoff. I'm leaving this comment and the issue open for some enterprising soul who wants to do it, but it isn't me.
