Summary 0012145: New Sting doesn't always poison targets with rPois
Description The description from Sting (and the commit that says it uses Poison Arrow's behaviour) suggests it should always poison targets even if they have rPois; however this isn't the case.

If it isn't supposed to always poison things with rPois, perhaps the description could be revised?
