Summary 0011883: Allies can't be spawned on traps
Description When the game creates an ally in a random location, the process is aborted with the message "You see a puff of smoke. Nothing appears to happen." if the tile contains a trap (which includes things like webs). This behavior was possibly implemented for spoiler reasons back when traps were hidden, but now that traps are revealed this behavior is both unintuitive and leads to bad gameplay in branches that contain a high density of traps (e.g. Spider and webs) as the player can waste MP creating an ally (for derived undead, corpses in webs cannot be animated) and the player must also be aware of the possible locations an ally can appear (generally a square within two spaces of them.)

Note that for allies that can be summoned on a specific square (e.g. lightning spires), they can be placed on traps with no issues and do not trigger the traps, so this is an additional inconsistency with summons and traps.
