0011735: FR for offline versions: add a grand total score of top 100 games

Description

Up until the 0.22 tournament, I was playing exclusively offline WinTiles.

Since then, I have been following my online progress using the following:
http://crawl.akrasiac.org/scoring/best-players-total-score.html [^]
...but I often still play offline for species I haven't won yet.

Ideally, I'd like to know the total score of all my offline games so that I can situate it on the webpage mentioned above.
If that is not easily done, having the total of the top 100 "High Scores" games would be good-enough.
