It would appear that characters wearing the amulet of the acrobat always get the EV+15 bonus, irrespective of whether their last action was a move/wait, although I have not tested this -- nevertheless it does not seem fair that such an item can turn a ghost (which is already an annoying enemy for players to deal with) into an enemy which cannot be killed at all. I think that bones files should completely ignore acrobat amulets.
In this example I missed every single attack that I made, even through a potion of berserk rage, and hence was forced to ctrl-q the speedrun.
I shall also note that the ghost had quaffed !resistance, and it is arguable as to whether ghosts should be affected by temporary buffs in any way whatsoever, because they are mostly used for escape and the ghost is supposed to reflect the power of that character generally.
I have not tested how acrobat amulets play with ghosts generally due to the difficulty of generating such ghosts in the first place. It is possible that the fact that this ghost was paralysed caused some unusual behaviour here.
