Summary 0011338: Lightning Spires disabled by webs, nets
Description Summoning a Lightning Spire into a web, or getting it webbed by select spiders, disables it and prevents it from "attacking." This is also true of thrown nets and net traps.

This behavior is an artefact of it being a corporeal, non-jelly, non-spider creature of less than Giant size, and also because its "Electrical Bolt" attack has the Natural flag.
