0011272: On login, gnoll skills at 27 show 3% train until XP is earned

Description

Gnoll skills normally show 3% train on every skill. Once gnolls reach level 27 with all of the physical skills that have +8 apt, those skills will show no training, as expected. The remaining 12 magic skills that have +6 apt will show 8% training, as expected. However, on login, all of the skills, including the ones that are maxed, will show 3% again. Upon earning some XP, the display corrects itself and once again maxed skills show nothing, and magic skills show 8%. Screenshot attached.
