Summary 0011080: Jory can cast spells while engulfed in water
Description See screenshot. Jory is engulfed, yet casts LCS. Which is strange, since it is mutable spell.

 This seems to be intended. Jory is undead, i.e. unbreathing, i.e. doesn't need to breathe to cast spells.

See monster::is_silenced() and monster::res_water_drowning().
