under a desperate emergency fighting Cerebov, I opened a portal to Ziggurat evoking Ziggurat figurine. But I can't using the portal with error message "You can't go down here!"!

What is worse, with that message a turn is lost which would not have occurred should it have worked normally! So I got more damnations which were fatal.

The detail is in the log.
