0010758: Crashes on startup

Description

Running windows 10. When i start the game up for the first time, windows smartscreen initially blocks it; i ignore the warning and proceed with executing the app. Random artwork flashes for a split second and then the window closes. Or, in a case of console version, command promt flashes for a split second and closes. When executed from cmd.exe, displays standart crash message with the first line being this:
ASSERT(_parent) in 'database.cc' at line 268 failed.
Running the game from admin account makes no difference. The saves directory is empty. The morgue directory contains uploaded text file.

(0031208) oolesyk (reporter) 2016-11-03 03:19	Alrighty, i moved the game folder to the path containing no cyrillic characters and everything seems to work.
