Summary 0009068: Wand charge loss mechanic needs a new error message
Description The wand charge loss mechanic when a wand's charges are unknown is not intuitive. The current message says something to the effect of "You use an extra charge getting the wand started." This gives zero information as to why an extra charge was lost or what to do to prevent it.

Please change the message to something like "Your lack of knowledge of this wand's power causes you to consume an extra charge evoking it."
