0007881: Could enter Zigg without paying

Description

I had a prompt of an error when I found a ziggurat :

" notify_dgn_event: Lua error:
...aster/crawl-git-4b4961f573/data/dat/dlua/lm_toll.lua:32: bad argument #1 to
'shopping_list_has' (string expected, got nil)
_You are feeling hungry.
Found a gateway to a ziggurat."

I then tried to go down the Zigg (to see what was the toll), and I didn't have the usual "do you want to pay" question :

"This portal charges 3050 gold for entry; you have only 95 gold.

(0024772) KiloByte (manager) 2013-12-19 01:32	Fixed. The fix merely papers this issue over, but I don't feel like refactoring a feature (Ziggurat fees) that I feel should be removed.
