0005145: Felids with Divine Shield can't train Shields

dat/database/help.txt wants us to believe this:

* Shields requires that you either be wearing a shield, or have the capacity
to obtain one through magical or divine means.

Felids with either (condensation shield or divine shield) are unable to train Shields.

Disabling skills for races is done by setting their aptitude to disabled. So currently it is not possible to enable it, because they don't have an aptitude. Note that Felids (and Draconians) cant train armor, even though the documentation says you can always train armor.

Maybe the documentation should mention that racial skill restrictions take precedence.

That help line was incorrect: the Shields skill is useless for Condensation Shield (and the Helm card).

It's not useless for TSO, though.
