0004680: Eat command acts funny for Vampires under food reform

Description

Vampires can drain blood from fresh corpses so long as they aren't Alive, but the eat command refuses to drink from corpses on the floor unless you are Very Thirsty, and even then refuses to drink from contaminated corpses on the floor unless you are Near Bloodless (even though contamination is irrelevant for Vampires).

The upshot is that you need to pickup corpses and select them from a list if you want to fill yourself beyond Satiated.
