0000309: Options interrupt_* not in options_guide.txt

Description

These options are not documented but very useful! Especially if you have Teleportitis 2!

runrest_ignore_message = Your surroundings suddenly seem different
runrest_ignore_message = Your surroundings seem slightly different

interrupt_rest -= teleport
interrupt_run -= teleport
interrupt_travel -= teleport

And generally I think

interrupt_butcher += monster

would be a nice addition to init.txt.
