0011513: Spells headers don't align with columns

Description

When pressing `I+!` to show spells, the blue header for `Power`, `Hunger` etc. does not align up with the content in the columns below.

I'm on macOS High Sierra version 10.13.5

(0032342) aidanholm (developer) 2018-07-15 09:22	The new ui-update was supposed to fix a bunch of these misaligned headings, but if they're still present, could you please upload your rc file (if playing offline) and provide a link to it here? It's possible that rc file settings (e.g. font sizes) might be causing misaligned headings in ways I haven't anticipated. Headings are supposed to be aligned in webtiles now as well, but I've seen at least one youtube video where things are not quite aligned, so there's still a few issues there.
