0011463: Tengu flight EV bonus is applied after equipment EV bonuses.

Description

So I noticed that while flying as a tengu, the amulet of the acrobat gave me EV+18 and then later it became so that a +2 ring of evasion I had gave me +3 EV. This does not seem like good behaviour.

Generally, equipment bonuses for stats (and other things) are applied after all other calculations, boosts, etc, but in the case of tengu this is evidently not so.
