0010133: Seems to crash when you kill a steam dragon

Description

Playing on crawl.project357.org as user "oggy"; I'm at Dungeon:10 facing a few orcs and a steam dragon.

I've attacked the steam dragon several times now, and each time the game freezes, and then says "Unfortunately your game ended unexpectedly.". This has happened a handful of times now.

It also happened once without attacking the steam dragon.

Perhaps the server admin has some logs? Sorry I can't provide much more information; I'm not running it locally.
