If you're talking about the official download page, that has the 0.22.0 binaries for all systems. Maybe check that you don't have a cached version of the page somehow?

As it is at August 13, the links on the download page are still directed to the 21.1 instead of 22.0. I mean, I can access the last version, but it can be confusing.

FIXED! If anyone will have such an issue just click twice F11 in your browser. Worked for me :)
