While playing Webtiles, I cannot surf web in a few minutes

Windows XP SP3, wireless connection

While playing Webtiles, I cannot surf web in a few minutes. Webtiles runs well continuously. But if I quit game and go to lobby and restart, I can only see loading screen(and cannot web surf). My Internet status always says it is connected.

My solution for now is
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
in CMD.

Because it did not happen before August, I think the problem is on my computer. Is there a way to fix it?

I have the same problem occasionally. Windows 7, Firefox.

Something strange I noticed today: While connected to freenode Web IRC in Chrome, the problem does not happen.

Edit: Solved, it does not happen anymore. I think Freenode Web IRC caused the problem. The problem may happened as I used it shortly at August, and solved as I used it shortly at November. The problem did not solved for 3 months. In that 3 months I tried wireless driver reinstall and websoketfix and antivirus programs, did not help.
