I think I stopped raging at my deaths after I could clearly see my mistakes that led to them. And when, after my 15-rune win, I started playing sub-optimal builds rather than the norm. It certainly takes the edge off when you go into a game knowing that your build plan is considered terrible and has a high chance of death rather than rolling a, say, a MiBe and expecting to win.
