Any advice on where to skill a Demigod caster at this point in the game? I'm not sure if it's better to put a ton into conjurations/fire/earth and just focus on blasting, or if I should also branch out into summoning since Demigods don't have low aptitudes across the board, and higher levels of skills can get expensive fast. I'm used to playing Tengus Draconians or Deep Elfs where XP is easier to get.

My current character is fairly tanky for a caster and obviously doesn't have mana regen from a god, so is it worth getting maces/flails to minimum delay?

I can recommend against branching into summoning. I once tried that, but I would've been much better of if I put the xp into defensive skills or better blasting.
I would hold out for a staff of fire/earth instead of training maces now. It is possible to play a whole 4-rune game without any source of magic regeneration (I once did so with a tengu^Ash who never found a staff of energy/crystal ball). You just need to abuse stairs and stealth.
If you want to fight chaff without magic, I can recommend getting a medium shield. I often get shield skill to 15 first on pure mages, and it allows you to beat most monsters 1-on-1, even with low strength & no weapon skill. Since you say you feel tanky it's probably to early to do it now, and better to focus on getting OoD.
To make this advice more specific: I'd train only conjurations until OoD has a fail rate below 5%.
After that stealth, evocations, shield skill & spellcasting are worth learning (in my opinion).

This character shouldn't train maces and flails any higher. The flail you're using is not a good melee weapon - it's good enough to kill popcorn and fine to wield for the int if you don't have an enhancer staff though. If you find a demon whip or something then you can consider training for it if you want. I would learn vile clutch and regen, maybe confuse since they're castable already, then train some more dodging and fighting. You have iron shot and fireball so there is no reason to go for any other conjurations this game unless you find bolt of fire. Going for mana viper next would be reasonable too. Stealth is a waste of xp on this character.

Focus on blasting. Iron shot, crystal spear, and ignition should do the job. Beyond that, shatter and firestorm. I recommend more into fire and earth than into conjurations. Conjurations is just the icing on top of the cake once you have those others up very high.

Huh? Conjurations improves most of those spells simultaneously, most importantly Fireball and Iron Shot.

It doesn't bring you any closer to casting shatter or ignition. Train conjurations if it's much cheaper, but really iron shot and crystal spear aren't as important as ignition and shatter. Iron shot is a good substitute for crystal spear and it's only a level 6, so it's much easier to cast even without high conjurations. Training conjurations high only for firestorm would be great if it wasn't a pain along the way. If you were to go that route, then I'd recommend a balance of conjurations and fire, and don't train much earth at all.. the build is just lacking somewhat though. Even if you have firestorm, you still want some non-elemental single target damage for highly resistant single creatures like pan lords, bosses, orbs, etc.

I use amnesia on fireball past early/mid game. It's not needed once you have ignition, and it's really not needed if you get firestorm online. This is a high int spell casting focused demigod. So, it can reach the higher spell tiers more quickly. If we were talking about a character with sub-par casting abilities, maybe I'd train conjurations higher and not as much fire/earth, with the intent that I wasn't ever going to cast beyond level 6 spells, but that isn't the case here. This character should get to the high level spells. The best case for training high conjurations is orb of destruction. That's a spell I cannot rightly say isn't very good, it is. I used to use it often, but I've stopped using it as much as I used to, in favor of iron-shot and spear. I can't say why, I guess because it doesn't lend itself well to ignition, and ignition is imo the best spell overall, then shatter doesn't need conjurations. Tornado is also on my best spell list and it also doesn't need conjurations.

Well, that's fair. If you don't have the spells, you don't train for them, usually. My advice was more generalized what things to aim for and why. It was always subject to specific conditions.
