How to get Kiku's gift now?

Hello,

I took a long break from DCSS and recently got back into the game. Currently I play a Vampire Necromancer of Kiku and just reached the max piety level. Back when I played you then went to the Kiku Altar and prayed to get the choice. However, now when I go there I need to press a different button to pray (< or >) and all I get is the message "You offer a prayer to Kiku."

Did I miss something? How do I get my Necronomicon or pain brand weapon?

Have you checked abilities menu?

Edit. I have just checked source code, it looks like those are abilities now.

Ahh, thanks a lot. I think the in game text should give a hint on this. In the old version it told you to go to an altar Thanks a big lot, again!
