Memorable Combats (that did not result in player death)

If it doesn't fit anywhere else, it belongs here. Also, come here if you just need to get hammered.

Memorable Combats (that did not result in player death)

Image

I did this to some centaur warriors once, with a scroll of immolation, rF+++, and a javelin of penetration. I screenshotted it because 1) I was oddly proud of the little trick and 2) LOOK AT THE WALLS AND FLOOR OH MY GOD

What about you? Tell me about some insane crap that ended up working.

p.s. I hope this is isn't redundant. First topic posted.

Well the whole point is how, not what. But no, I haven't.

Once my Ds dude bested Cerebov in melee, using "just" a big shield and a +9 demon blade of elec. I didn't expect it to go so smoothly; Cerebov could even barely dish out any damage.

IIRC, I once killed Cerebov with a buckler of reflection. That was fun.
