There are no monsters in sight!
I think my goal is to get Ice Storm castable, but I don't know what I'm working at in the meantime. Also, I should probably get some more ice skill. I guess getting Necromutation eventually might prove useful.
As for my skills, I'm thinking turning off Spellcasting and Conjurations and turning on Dodging and Ice Magic... does that sound like a good plan?
