I was searching for short blades (Ctrl-F) and noticed that some short swords were listed normally with white text, but some were listed using blue text.
Are the ones with blue text on a pile with other items? Neither of them is glowing or runed or cursed or uncursed.

Okay, I just figured it out. The one with blue text was lying together with a runed hammer, which is listed blue separately I guess because it is runed. The other one was on a pile with a piece of ordinary armour (a splint mail).
So I guess the blue text is to alert you that the item is on a pile with a potentially enchanted item?
