No scrolls of enchant armor

I just finished my best run yet, made it all the way to Zot5 as a HOMo of Beogh, and I only found 2 scrolls of enchant armor the entire game. It was really annoying, since I had a treasure trove that only needed +4 fire dragon scales. In any normal run I would've been able to open it up and maybe even beat the game (finally).
