Crazy Oka arsenal vault

I don't know what this vault is called but it is crazy with loot, it appeared on D:11, was NOT behind runed doors (but really probably should be) was filled with centaur warriors, orc warriors, an orc knight and an elf knight (!) but digging a Formicid killhole just outside made it trivial. Now I've emptied it and here I am on D:11 with this equipment :
  Code:
 a - a +6 lajatang of electrocution (weapon)
 b - a +1 demon whip of flaming
 c - the +1 pair of gloves of the Equator (worn) {Str+2}
 t - a +2 large shield of cold resistance (worn)
 D - +0 storm dragon scales (worn)
 Y - a +2 cloak of invisibility (worn)
 C - a +3 scale mail of fire resistance
the +8 quarterstaff "Dirhubag" {pain, rElec}
a distortion-branded great sword


Now this is ridiculous, I haven't even done Lair yet but if I were a good player, the game would be all but finished already. Also this vault really needs runed doors, the monsters are really tough for this level and are armed with the very weapons I have listed. A centaur warrior with a demon whip on D:11 should be behind a runed door.

Edit: Oh and now I find an amulet of faith and Oka decides to gift me b - a +5 eveningstar of flaming, in case I was afraid the +6 elec lajatang wasn't going to cut it. What is wrong with this game ??!!!!
Edit 2: Also stop it hubris, now I almost died to a steam dragon and a yak because I was feeling invincible

I recently found a similar non-runed vault with very dangerous monsters on about D:11 too except it contained 3 artefact rings and 1 artefact amulet so I guess it is common approach to vaults now. It was not autoexplore trap in my case so probably runed door is not that needed sometimes.

This vault was not an autoexplore trap either, but if the monsters had been generated awake or woken up by some noise it would have been possible to have multiple heavily-equipped OOD monsters wandering in the level and I think that's exactly the point of runed doors, to prevent this. Maybe your other vault had that too but I do not think it is a good thing and it should probably be fixed too imo.

It might be one of the old spoilery vaults where you had to dig to expose the monsters/treasure, and the Devs just removed the walls without replacing them with runed doors.

D:11 centaur warriors and orc knights are normal and definitely don't need a runed door. Those monsters can spawn on D:11 without a vault being involved at all. I don't like deep elf knights appearing outside of Elf though.

Giving the player an average of 1 weapon acquirement and 1 armour acquirement, plus all the extra stuff, is indeed a little suspicious.

Yes I tried spawning this vault in wizard mode and it is definitely this one. I'll admit the monsters should actually be all right for D:11, but their equipment made them a lot more dangerous (electric lajatang or demon whip). Also the loot should be toned down. The vault file says "most of it is junk" but there is a lot of ammo, body armours of most types, aux armours, branded weapons, plus the loot from the monsters.
