Places where C-blinkc CAN'T work, but Golubria-passage CAN?

Are there any places in 0.20/0.21 where Passage of Golubria still works while Controlled Blink is disabled?

Or is Passage of Golubria completely redundant if you can cast Controlled Blink?

Cblink is lv 8 since some versions.

Transporter vaults or after teleports into dangerous situations. By setting up a PoG before hand, you can kinda 'go back to the past'.

Try this neat trick:

Cast passage
Random teleport on a level where you want to grab something (like a rune, this was fun with the Orb but was ruined after 0.17...)
Apport
Cast passage, go back in

You pop out somewhere safe. This fortunately works in Hell, Pan etc. It's probably kind of overrated by that point, but it's funny which makes it worthwhile.
